| On the 20th of March 2008, SHANUSTI HARTE was attacked by three dogs as he tried to keep his girls safe, not one mare had a mark on her and old Harte wore the full brunt of the attack. Harte will be with us for the rest of his days. Thursady the 10th of July 2008 we went out side to feed the ponies and 'WARLORDS PANTARRA' had foaled. Much earlier then expected and not what we wanted to see. There were two colts in minni's yard, both were dead. One of the colts had died inside and minnie aborted them both. It is such a shame to happen to any mare but hits home when it is your own. Minnie is being given a few months of pampering to heal and recover and under instruction from our vet will be put in foal later this season. All foals due in the 2008 Season will be added to our 'Foal' page. Our list of our mares due is on the 'Foal' page also. 'GLENELEN MARY ROSE' has been sold to a show home in Victoria, We wish Kate Jewell and her family all the best with Rosie and hope they enjoy her as much as we did. 'SHANAMON HOUDINI' has sold to a show/ stud home in South Australia, We wish Harry's owners all the best with him. 'BURRABONG ABIGAIL' is for sale, please check our 'FOR SALE' page. 'KOOYONG LEONARDO' is currently being broken to harness (photos of his 3rd time in cart below) Barastoc 2008 Kooyong Leonardo won his Australian Pony Colt class & then went on to win Champion Australian pony colt. Melbourne Summer Royal 2008 Kooyong Leonardo had another good show, he won his Australian Pony Colt class & then took Champion Australian pony colt. SA APSB Youngstock Show 2008 Kooyong Leonardo won Australian Pony Colt 2yrs & then won Champion Australian pony. Llanfairbryn Harlequin his class and ended up Reserve Champion Welsh Mountain. |
